📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and process shipping manifests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
• Handle customs clearance procedures, working with various stakeholders to ensure seamless cargo movement.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Monitor and maintain documentation systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation tasks.
• Stay updated with changes in international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with any documentation-related inquiries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics documentation, with a focus on shipping manifests and customs clearance.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language used in international trade.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
