📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist surgeons during various surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgeries.
• Ensure a sterile environment by following strict infection control protocols.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay updated with the latest medical practices.
• Report any adverse events or complications to the medical team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the Indonesian Nursing Board (BAN).
• Knowledge of infection control and sterile techniques.
• Proficiency in using operating room equipment and surgical instruments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
