📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Manage recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee training and development programs, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Learning and Coursera.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration using SAP SuccessFactors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
