In this role, you'll work closely with our sales and customer service teams to resolve any payment issues, track invoices, and provide regular reports to management. You'll use our in-house accounting software, QuickBooks, and our customer relationship management system, Salesforce, to streamline your workflow. With a growing client base in the medical industry, you'll have the chance to develop your skills and contribute to the financial health of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable, including tracking invoices, following up on overdue payments, and resolving payment disputes.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Generate regular reports on accounts receivable, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to improve payment collection processes and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related reports for management.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and best practices, and apply them to your work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role in the medical industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
