📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of building maintenance for luxury properties and resorts.
• Manage a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance to keep properties in top condition.
• Work with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Provide regular reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Maintenance, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance, with at least 2 years in a luxury property or resort setting.
• Certification in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
