As a Payroll Officer in Bali, you'll be responsible for processing payroll for our local and international employees, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and ABS-CBN's policies. You'll work closely with our HR team to manage leave requests, benefits, and other payroll-related activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process payroll for local and international employees using SAP and Oracle Payroll systems
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and ABS-CBN's payroll policies
- Manage leave requests, benefits, and other payroll-related activities
- Prepare and distribute pay slips, tax forms, and other payroll documentation
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Provide payroll support to the HR team and other departments as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with SAP and Oracle Payroll systems is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in payroll management or a related field is a plus
