As a Math/English Instructor/Tutor at WhiteClouds Learning Hub, you will design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of each student. You will use a variety of teaching methods and resources to ensure that students grasp the material and develop a strong foundation in both subjects. Our students range from young learners to adults, and your ability to adapt to different learning styles and paces will be crucial.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Math and English lessons to students of all ages.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including interactive whiteboards, educational software, and traditional teaching techniques.
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in education.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Math or English instructor or tutor.
• Strong knowledge of the Math and English curricula and teaching methods.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools, such as Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Quizlet.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve academic success.
