You will leverage your expertise in HRIS systems like Oracle PeopleSoft and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. With 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, you will bring a strategic mindset and a passion for people development to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a high-quality workforce.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Utilize HRIS systems like Oracle PeopleSoft and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to support employee growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Jakarta Timur.
• Lead general affairs functions, including office management and facility maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a strategic leadership role.
• Proven expertise in HRIS systems like Oracle PeopleSoft and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Jakarta Timur.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
