📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
