📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and control the company's budget, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Provide financial support to the management team for strategic decision-making.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in budget control and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
