In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of marketing materials and other promotional content,Provide support to the sales and customer service teams with technical information and answers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
