📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local food service laws.,Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as local food service laws.,Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Experience with marketing and promotional activities, including social media and digital marketing.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
