📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities using evidence-based physical therapy techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, electrotherapy, and exercise prescription to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, self-care strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical practice as a Physiotherapist.
• Certification from a reputable professional organization, such as the Indonesian Association of Physiotherapy (IAP).
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy techniques and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
