Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.,Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.,Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.,Assist in planning and organizing special events or promotions.,Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and coordinate team members effectively.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handling certificate and cleanliness certification.
