📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation.,Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers by monitoring and optimizing the supply chain.,Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and order statuses.,Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor junior staff on logistics operations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
