📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.,Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that team members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.,Oversee the scheduling and allocation of tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that team goals align with company objectives.,Represent the company at team meetings, events, and other professional gatherings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of team management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
