Sumber Cahya Store is looking for a talented Lead Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers and architects to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects.,Work closely with our team of engineers and architects to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of our workers and the public.,Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.,Prepare and submit project reports and documentation to relevant authorities.,Mentor and train junior engineers and staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our projects are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
