📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all properties are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order replacements as needed.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and maintained properly.
• Work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of housekeeping staff.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping best practices and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
