🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
