📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance, utilizing tools like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and asset management software.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and improve overall reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering supervision, with a proven track record in improving equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Certification in industrial safety, such as OSHA or equivalent, is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
