📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and paperwork.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and conflicts, in a professional and sensitive manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR metrics and KPIs.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
