📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
• Oversee the deployment of automation tools and technologies, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and workflow management systems.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics and business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital transformation specialists, ensuring they are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and implement solutions that align with the Institute's strategic goals.
• Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the Institute's digital capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, implementing robust measures to protect sensitive information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, business performance optimization, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and driving measurable results.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), data analytics (e.g., CDA), or related fields are a plus.
• Strong understanding of automation tools and technologies, such as RPA, workflow management systems, and AI.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
