📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service,Manage the department's budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety,Lead and mentor the department team,Ensure that all customer feedback is addressed and acted upon

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role,Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with food service industry regulations and best practices,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions,Strong problem-solving skills
