📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field research to document and analyze Bangka Belitung's cultural heritage, including maritime traditions, local crafts, and oral histories.
• Collaborate with local communities to gather authentic cultural data and ensure accurate representation of their heritage.
• Use NVivo for qualitative data analysis to identify patterns and trends in cultural practices.
• Create GIS maps to visualize and preserve cultural heritage sites across the islands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Cultural Studies, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cultural research or heritage preservation.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with knowledge of local dialects beneficial.
• Experience with NVivo for qualitative data analysis.
