📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the Supervisor in managing and coordinating team activities.,Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.,Monitoring the performance of team members and providing feedback.,Handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.,Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to decision-making processes.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing excellent customer service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with administrative tasks and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
