📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed them.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.,Assist in organizing store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
