Duta Umar Bakery is looking for an Assistant QA Engineer to join our team. As an Assistant QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality checks on raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.,Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Documenting quality control procedures and results.,Assisting in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.,Collaborating with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Participating in regular quality audits and inspections.,Maintaining and updating quality control records and reports.,Assisting in the training of new employees on quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role in the food industry.,Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO 22000 or other relevant quality management systems.
