📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of hospitality,Assist guests with room service requests and ensure timely delivery,Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly,Assist with event planning and execution, if applicable,Promote the hotel's amenities and services to guests,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor,Basic knowledge of English is required,Ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 kg,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable)
