📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of retail and commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, and resource plans.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.,Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on retail and commercial fit-out projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and on schedule.,Strong understanding of the retail and commercial sectors, including market trends and customer needs.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
