Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Optimize routes and schedules to ensure efficient and timely transportation of goods and personnel.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Manage a team of fleet coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities, including fuel usage, maintenance, and vehicle performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless integration of fleet operations with other business functions.,Provide excellent customer service to fleet users, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards is a plus.
