Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization, including setting goals, objectives, and strategies for achieving them.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the organization, using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Collaborate with senior management to ensure that the organization's goals and objectives are aligned with the broader strategic vision.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and partners.,Ensure that the organization is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in organization planning and performance.,Strong knowledge of organizational theory, including the functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including the challenges and opportunities facing cancer centers and hospitals.
