📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the remote store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all sales targets are met and that the store is running efficiently and profitably.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the store is a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure that the store is running smoothly and that all goals are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Store Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with remote work and technology tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to travel to the store location as needed.
