Fast Star Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Tenggarong. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure stock availability.,Train and develop junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in retail management are a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg.
