📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles to transportation tasks, considering factors such as distance, time, and vehicle capacity.,Monitor and track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to optimize fleet performance.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs.,Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and optimize transportation routes and schedules.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet operations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
