Sehati Gita Sembako is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. If you are passionate about people and have a strong background in HR, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis,Support the management in strategic HR planning and implementation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and HRIS software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
