📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews.,Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a positive work environment.,Support the HR manager in organizing and executing HR events and activities.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
