📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the field sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Promote Bengkel Intan Kebab products effectively through various channels, including social media, events, and partnerships.,Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.,Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to network with potential customers and partners.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with social media marketing and digital platforms.,Ability to travel and work in different locations.
